Acceptance & Effectiveness of Terms

Account Registration, Verification & Security
To register on kickbd, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information — opening an account with false or misleading details is strictly prohibited. Each user may hold only one account; creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited. You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential — these credentials must not be shared with anyone. You are accountable for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately. kickbd may request a copy of your National ID or passport for identity verification purposes, particularly for large transactions.

User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities

Fraudulent activity, unauthorized access to other users' accounts, and distribution of malicious software are strictly prohibited on the platform. The use of automated systems, bots, or algorithms during betting or gaming is not permitted — any such activity will result in immediate account closure upon detection. Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities. kickbd's content, brand logo, and software may not be copied, distributed, or modified without prior authorization. If any third party makes a claim against kickbd due to a user's misconduct, the full liability for that claim rests with the user in question.

Terms on Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on kickbd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳), and deposits and withdrawals can be made via popular mobile banking services including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly; if there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact our support team.
